Parcel insert
The three parcel-insert templates (Thanks for your order, Back in stock after Black Friday, Loved it? Tell a friend) print at 5 × 7 in or 4 × 6 in with a thank-you line, your shop name and a web address that becomes a QR code. Add a next-order code only with its own expiry, and open the destination on a phone to check the offer is still valid before you print.
Window flyer and gift guide
The Sale, Teaser, Cyber Monday and Gift guide templates print at Letter or A4 for a window, a counter or a noticeboard. Lead with the product, keep the offer line and end date in the open space beside it, and read it from where people will stand. For a Small Business Saturday window poster, change the headline to your opening hours and address.
Market handout
The three market templates (Black Friday Weekend, Find us at the Saturday market, Thank you for shopping small) carry the market name, stall number, dates, opening hours and web address at Letter, A4 or 5 × 7 in. Make the market details easy to find without reading the whole flyer; the product photo reminds people which stall was yours.
Instagram and Story
The Instagram template at 1080 × 1350 px and the Story template at 1080 × 1920 px use the same offer line and dates as the print sizes, and repeat the essentials in the post caption. In the Story, keep the product and words away from the top and bottom edges where the app's controls sit.
What to put on a Black Friday flyer
A flyer gets a glance, whether it is pinned to a board or scrolled past on a phone, so each field on the form does one job.
- Headline and offer. One clear offer line: a discount, a gift with purchase, a bundle or free shipping, with any qualifying spend beside it. Use the same wording on the flyer, your shop banner, the product page and at checkout.
- Dates and time zone. Friday, November 27 to Monday, November 30 if those are your actual sale dates, with the end time and its time zone; use your own dates for early access or an extended sale.
- Code. Plain, readable type away from the busy part of the photo, without easily confused characters, and checked on the products shown. Leave the field blank for no code.
- Website. A web address people can type; the editor also draws it as a QR code on the flyer. Point it at the product or collection shown.
- Exclusions. Short and close to the offer, such as "Not valid on gift cards or made-to-order pieces", with the full terms on the destination page.
- Badge and product. Swap the badge to match the stage, and show the product you actually sell, large enough to recognise, with open space left for the words.

Printing flyers at home
- Print one copy at 100% / Actual Size before the batch, and check the product photo, the smallest text and the code against the test sheet.
- The print PDF adds 3 mm of bleed outside the trim and crop marks to cut on; the pink and green guides in the preview show the bleed and the safe area, so keep words and logos inside the green line.
- Plain paper suits bag inserts and noticeboard flyers; card stock suits counter cards and parcel inserts. A small or heavily cropped photo looks soft at Letter size, so enlarge the original before you upload it.
